Repair Statuses

 

This is a critical component of the RMA Service system.

 

RMA Statuses are utilized for filtering, sorting, and generating reports for the repairs you create in the system. You have the ability to add, modify, or delete existing statuses.

 

You can designate the default status that a new repair receives when created in the system. Additionally, you can choose a specific status that signifies the completion of a service, enabling the system to automate actions based on this status. For instance, it can send an automatic email notification to the customer once their repair is completed.

 

Lastly, you can label any newly added repair status as 'resolved.' This action transitions the service to a 'Finished' state, which allows the reporting system to determine whether a repair has been marked as completed or not.
